PRRP Remaster The complete version of the famous Empire Pool gig, in audience form. Excellent sound for it's age. [Jesper Moonen] Nice sounding show, but maybe PRRPGS001 - Genesis - There's Always Magic In The Air Jahrhunderthalle, Frankfurt, Germany is a bit better. This is one of the most famous Lamb Lies shows, but Frankfurt is a better performance. This one is rated A- both for sound and performance for me. [ponkine] The legendary show of the Empire Pool is full of surprises like The Waiting Room... Although, this version is the complete gig, the sound is not that good, however, it still highly enjoyable and a must-have [Jack_Floyd] This one has the advantage of having a legendary status attached to it. The fact that it is the complete show makes it a must have when all the other FM sources only give you highlights. I do not think it is the best audience recording out there for this tour but it is enjoyable to listen to; no doubt. It doesn't have the effect that you are sitting way in the back hardly able to hear anything so that is a good thing. Highly recommended! [duke23] Liner notes indicate that this was more than likely recorded near the front row in Empire Pool. That is probably why it doesn't sound like it was captured from the back. [duke23] |
