Transferred from the original D.I.R. “British Biscuit” broadcast reels. [Simon_Funnell] Really A++ quality. The old versions were A+, but the TM version is, as always, just as tad better (TM). The best thing next to perfect. [kaspergm] I guess I find myself somewhat at odds with other listeners as I'd rate this recordng somewhat lower than A+. No question this is the best version of the show, but it is still form a flawed source with quite considerable high frequency distorton (quite apparent with Phil's vocals) on some of the songs. Low end on 11th Earl is better than anywhere else though. Really hope this show sees a full, official release some day. [ca1ore] No complaints here. Sounds great! [Duke23] |
