| During Domino, at the beginning of The Last Domino, Tony keyboards go completely silent and after a minute or so of trying to figure out in which part of the section they are, Phil starts singing at a seemingly random spot at the same time that Chester does a drum fill to signal that the vocals are coming. Almost the whole segment (the "blood on windows" segment) is done without keyboards until the problem is fixed near the end of that part.
