Phil performed being very sick not only one, but two shows that day, to the point of coughing in the middle of songs and being unable to hit any high notes, particularly on In the Air Tonight, where his voice breaks a lot through the strong part.
He acknowledges having lost his voice during the early show claiming "I don't know what's happened to the voice, is f*cked, I don't know, I think I left it back at the hotel." and after some songs he says "anybody seen a voice floating about? Then you got problems, I gotta do this all again later."
His voice was completely recovered for the following show two days later on Merriville. [Jose Navarrete]
